A range of winesrich and diversified
At Domaine Sipp Mack, our production is structured around seven distinct ranges, reflecting the richness of our terroirs and our expertise. From vintage Crémants to Grands Crus Rosacker and Osterberg, we offer wines with varied profiles. You’ll also find our emblematic Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes and our Sélections de Grains Nobles, with their sweet notes. A range designed to accompany both convivial moments and the finest gastronomic experiences.
Crémants d'alsace
Entirely vintage and made using traditional methods, the Crémant d’Alsace range brings finesse and elegance to all your festive occasions.
Traditions
Designed for convivial pleasures, these varietal wines reveal all the typicity of Alsace. Accessible and ready to drink, they seduce with their freshness and aromatic brilliance.
Old vines
Our Vieilles Vignes range embodies the subtle balance between man and earth. Produced from vines over 45 years old, they give birth to wines with greater structure, depth and character.
Grands crus & lieu-dit
Here you’ll find the two Grands Crus of Domaine Sipp Mack: Osterberg from Ribeauvillé and Rosacker from Hunawihr, the real flagships of the estate. The Riesling Lieu-dit Muhlforst from Hunawihr completes the range with a dry, lively style of great purity.
Late harvest
The Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles range is made from late-harvested, over-ripe grapes, botrytized and meticulously selected. The result is rich, intensely syrupy wines of remarkable aromatic power.
Pinots noirs
We use Pinot Noir, Alsace’s only red appellation grape variety, in our fresh, gourmet 100% Pinot Noir rosé, as well as in our subtly woody Vieilles Vignes.
Unusual
The Insolites range brings together surprising cuvées, born from the opportunities offered by each harvest. These wines are distinguished by their original vinifications, and offer new expressions of the estate, outside the classic ranges.
