Rieslng Grand Cru Rosacker 2007 Golden yellow. A wonderful example of Rosacker. Notes of citrus and fine mineral on the nose. Pure, dry and rich on the palate. Very powerful with a lingering, rich finish. Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker 2002 Golden yellow colour. Aromas of exotic fruit (mango, passion fruit) and a hint of minerality. The entry is supple, followed by a nice acidity which gives the wine a nice balance and a lingering finish. Excellent!

Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker 2001 A golden yellow aspect. Well concentrated nose of white flowers, grapefruit and orange followed by exotic flavors, a great structure and a long finish.
Residual sugar: 12.5 g/l Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker 2000 Golden yellow. Tantalizing aromas of white hawthorn flowers and ripe apricots come through on the palate with an elegant balance and a long finish. This wine reflects perfectly the finesse and race of the Grand Cru Rosacker soil.
Residual sugar: 9.3 g/l Food Match : Marries marvelously with fine fish and white meats in creamy sauces.
