Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2007
A racy, dry Riesling with a floral nose and an ample, powerful palate. Well structured. with a persistent finish. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 6.4 g/L

Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2005
Dry Riesling with good maturity, clean nose, mineral mouth. Long grapefuit finale. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 5.5 g/L

Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2004
The fresh and clean nose is characterized by a basket of citrus fruit (grapefruit, orange). Delicious. The mouth is well-rounded and structured around a perfect acidity. A wine for dry Riesling fanatics! Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 4.7 g/L

Food Match : Great with fish, shellfish, poultry and dry goat cheeses.





Pinot Gris Réserve 2008
Light yellow with golden reflections. Clean nose, fuity (peaches and apricots) and floral. Mouth is discrètely sweet with the same flavors. Long finish. Excellent as an apéritif or paired with smoked salmon or fish terrine. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 21.1 g/L

Pinot Gris Réserve 2007
Light yellow with golden reflections. Notes of dried fruits and the forest in the nose. This wonderfully balanced Pinot Gris is slightly sweet with a fresh acidity. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 21.1 g/L

Pinot Gris Réserve 2006
Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 19.1 g/L

Pinot Gris Réserve 2005
A great example of Pinot Gris with notes of forest undergrowth, dried fruit and light menthol. A full bodied wine built with a pleasant residual sugar and a very slight bitterness. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 18.2 g/L

Pinot Gris Réserve 2004
Full apricot and toast aromas. A discreet sweetness with an enjoyable acidity that contributes to an agreeable balance. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar : 15.8 g/L

Food Match : Perfect with mushroom dishes and white meats in sauce.





Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes 2005
A rich Gewurztraminer dominated by a spicy nose. Sweet, pure and ample in the mouth. The final is long with flavors of very ripe exotic fruits and spice. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 29.6 g/L

Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes 2004
An intense but fine nose, with floral and citrus fruit notes. A rich wine, with a long, long, long, long finish. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 28.2 g/L

Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes 2003
A complex, very persistent floral bouquet (rose, geranium, violet). A powerful, near late-harvest wine which charms with his bitter finish. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 37.9 g/L

Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes 2002
Deep golden colour. Expressive nose of exotic fruit, spices (clove and anise) and flower (carnation). Rich and unctuous on the palate with a good lingering finish. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 48.5 g/L

Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes 2008
Pale yellow. A typical Sylvaner with notes of peaches and white flowers. Clean, fresh, well balanced mouth. Persistant finish. Potential aging: 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 2.1 g/L

Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes 2006
Pale yellow. Discrete but bright clean nose. Mouth is round. Easy to drink. Aging potential 3 to 5 years Residual sugar: 7.6 g/L

Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes 2005
Pale yellow. Lovely aromas of white-flesh fruits with a hint of minerality. On the palate, the attack is supple but quickly overtaken by a large acidity. Tart finish. Potential aging: 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 9.3 g/L

Food Match : Great with onion quiches or just about any light meal.
