Bright yellow. Aromas of yellow fruits, slightly exotic. Dry with an easy well balanced structure. Long final. Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 3.0 g/L

Pinot Blanc 2005
Initial toasted notes changed upon aeration and show agreeable freshness, iodine and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is relatively sweet followed by menthol notes and a fat, mineral finish. Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar : 9.3 g/L

Pinot Blanc 2004
Pale yellow with golden hues. Fruity peach and apricot aromas. A touch of fatness with good acidity. Easy to drink. Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 4.7 g/L

Food Match : Harmonious accompaniment to most dishes, especially cold or warm buffets and quiches.





Riesling Tradition 2007
Light yellow with golden reflets. Citrus and white linden flower notes. Long final. Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 4.1 g/L

Pale yellow with green hues. Citrus fruits and white flowers aromas on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate. Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 9.5 g/L

Food Match : Easy to drink with shrimp and grilled fish but also excellent with fresh goat cheese.





Gewurztraminer Tradition 2008
Bright, rich golden color. Expressive floral, ginger, rose aromas. Ample and complex with a good balance. The final is long with notes of exotic fruits. Potential aging: 5-8 years. Residual sugar: 23.8 g/l .

Gewurztraminer Tradition 2006
Nose of fresh roses and orange blossoms. The initial rich, exotic sweetness is enhanced by a crisp freshness. The aromas follow in the aftertaste. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 28.3 g/L .

Gewurztraminer Tradition 2004
A fine bouquet of rose and apricot on the nose followed by fine spices on the palate. This wine suits Asian food very well. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 18.8 g/L

Gewurztraminer Tradition 2003
Golden yellow. Spicy (cloves) and smoky nose. Delicious. Supple and spicy on the palate. Potential aging: 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 14 g/L

Food Match : Ideal with strong, soft cheeses like Munster and Epoisses. Brilliant with spicy ethnic dishes (sweet and sour, curry or Tandoori sauces).

Riche cherry red color. Notes of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries abound. Full on the palate with similar flavors and smooth tannins. Potential aging 5 - 8 years. Residual sugar: 0.3 g/L

Bright ruby red color. Notes of raspberries in the nose. Full tart cherry flavours in the mouth with smooth tannins. Slightly oaked. Potential aging 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 2 g/L

Pinot Noir Rouge d'Alsace 2006
Light red color. Notes of strawberries and raspberries. Nice fresh structure. Don't hesitate to sip chilled on a summer terrace! Potential aging : 3 - 5 years. Residual sugar: 2.7 g/L

Pinot Noir Rouge d'Alsace 2003
